John McLaughlin will record a new album at the end of November. The band will be the "'4th Dimension" with Etienne Mbappé (bass), Gary Husband (Keyboards, Drums) and Mark Mondésir (Drums). The album will be available for the Spring Tour in Europe on Mediastarz.
Jacky Terrasson just recorded his new album in New-York with Ben Williams (bass) who just won the Thelonious Monk Bass Competition, Jamire Williams (drums) and special guests, Gregoire Maret (harmonica), Jacques Schwartz-Bart (saxophone), and Cyro Baptista (percussions). Release Date Spring 2010 - Concord Jazz.
Les Enfants du Jazz est un site réalisé par un enfant qui va faire aimer le jazz aux enfants ! Charles Deghelt, 12 ans nous a concocté une programmation musicale étonnante et des interviews des grands jazzmen de ce monde ! l'émission peut être écoutée intégralement en ligne et devrait rejoindre les ondes prochainement.
Dominic Miller will release in February 2010 a new album "November" where he has invited Yaron Herman.
